East Harlem Health Outreach Partnership (EHHOP)
The East Harlem Health Outreach Partnership (EHHOP) is the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai’s student-run, physician-supervised free clinic. We provide primary care to uninsured adults in East Harlem. Our services are confidential and are provided at no cost.
Our Mission
To provide the opportunity for all residents of East Harlem to have equitable access to high quality comprehensive healthcare no matter their ethnicity, language, immigration status, insurance status, or ability to pay.
Our Services
Women’s Health Clinic
Provides preventive women’s health services, including medical and procedural care
Mental Health Clinic
Provides mental health care to EHHOP patients who need help coping with daily stressors or suffer from conditions such as depression, anxiety, substance use, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
ACT
Advocates for patients and helps address social needs, including food insecurity and enrolling in Emergency Medicaid
Cardiology
Provides specialized care to patients with cardiac conditions
Ophthalmology
Provides eye care and vouchers for free eyeglasses for our patients

Saturdays, 9 am - 12 pm
Every Week: Medical Clinic, Mental Health Clinic, Nursing Care, Access to Care Team (ACT), and Social Work
Once per month: Cardiology Clinic
Twice per month: Women’s Health Clinic, Ophthalmology Clinic
