Cardiology Clinic

EHHOP Cardiology Clinic is an ancillary service of the East Harlem Health Outreach Partnership that provides specialized care for diseases of the cardiovascular system for patients referred from EHHOP’s Medical Clinic. Our services include routine follow up care, medical management of disease, and bedside echocardiography.

Our clinics are precepted by a Mount Sinai Cardiology Fellow and Cardiology Attending. They are held simultaneously with EHHOP Main Clinic.
