Mental Health Clinic
The Mental Health Clinic is an ancillary service of the East Harlem Health Outreach Partnership that provides mental health care to patients referred from EHHOP’s Medical Clinic. The clinic staff helps patients address a range of issues, including anxiety, depression and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Our clinic offers a targeted program of medication management and psychotherapy to help patients learn how to control their anxiety, fight off depression, stop substance use disorders, and otherwise work to improve their mental health. We offer a variety of services, including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) to target specific issues, psychodynamic psychotherapy to focus on interpersonal relationships, and supportive psychotherapy to help our patients learn to refocus their attention on all of their successes in daily life.
Eligibility: Any patient at EHHOP is eligible for referral to the Mental Health Clinic.
